Different results, either before or after treatments, were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis test and they showed significant differences in which p < 0.01. In multiple analysis, there was less gingival bleeding with the ranks as follows : 25% metronidazole gel (R difference = 3459, 10% PVP-I solution (R difference = 2308), and control (R difference = 1923). The differences in reducing pocket depth can be measured using Annova test, like in table 1, which are very significant (p = 0.000). At average, the reducing pocket depth are ranked as follows : 25% metronidazole gel, 10% PVP-1 solution and control. The differences is reducing the attachment loss are measured by Annova test as per table 2 which are very significant (p = 0.000). Furthermore, the average of attachment mounting is ranked as follows : 25% metronidazole gel, 10% PVP-1 solution, and control.
